Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched by us. This means that if a product is shown on this site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Bar-One Clothing Ltd., shall not be obliged to sell you that product. All prices listed on www.baroneclothing.com are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices are excluding sales tax. All goods are subject to availability.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd is a trade supplier, and any order placed with us is on a business to business contract.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We may refuse to process a transaction or suspend any transaction after processing has begun at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any products or information shown on the website from time to time. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd does not control, endorse and is not responsible for the availability or content of any third party websites available via this website through a link of for services or product you buy through such websites.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd does not give any warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance, fitness or timeliness of the content or services contained in this website.

These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our site shall be governed and construed in accordance with Scottish law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish court to which both parties submit.

Personal Information - Payment Details
Bar-One Clothing Ltd., is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not ask for any information to browse our website. Only when purchasing a product will we need your information for contact purposes.
We only collect your information (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to process your order to the highest standard possible. We will not email you with any information unless you have given your full consent. You may refuse at anytime to cancel or withdraw your permission of our access.
You may at anytime email us about the information that we hold, if information is not correct we can either delete or correct it as you require.
Currencies & Prices
All prices on the website are shown in £ sterling (GBP). Bar-One Clothing Ltd has the right at any time to change these prices without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of carriage and VAT, which will be charged at the rate applicable.
All garments sold at carton rate or pack rate are packed one colour, one size.
Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £30 per presentation.
Account Customers - strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice.
Non-Account Customers - online pre-paid transaction, advance payment or cash with order.
We accept the following cards: Visa / Mastercard / Switch / Maestro / Solo / Delta. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for administrative expenses incurred for other methods of payment.
Interest will be charged on overdue balances in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act, at the rate of 5% above the prevailing RBS base rate.
Warranties- Returns, Lost and Damages
In the event of any of your items were lost; damages in transit or exchange please contact us immediately by email to email@example.com stating your name, address, Transaction ID and the enquiry.
Please wait 7-10 working days for U.K and European countries and 10-15 for International countries from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, Bar-One Clothing Ltd. does subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and Bar-One Clothing Ltd. shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so.
Subject to the Buyer having the Claims for shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery (firstname.lastname@example.org) or on the "Returns" page in "My Account" on the website.
Returns of faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be authorised by our sales office, who will issue an official returns note quoting the original order number. Goods must be returned within 28 days from purchase.
All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling (re-stocking) fee. Notice of return must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd., are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments correctly supplied.
Decorated garments cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty. Size specifications & quality should be checked before print or embroidery etc. as NO CREDIT ALLOWANCE CAN BE MADE FOR PRINTED OR PROCESSED GARMENTS.
Please check visuals for decoration work sent for approval carefully as when approved the customer accepts responsibility for any mistakes.
Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer (stains, deodorant marks). The goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition. The items are your responsibility until we have received the items; we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock (this does not apply to web orders which may require extra postage).
Goods despatched to a third party are at buyer's risk. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check that the goods are correct before decoration or alteration.
All UK post & packaging costs are displayed on the website at the time of ordering, confirmation will also be sent by email. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, applications can be made on an individual basis and a quote will be sent, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Cancelling an order
If you haven't submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time prior by clicking the 'X' next to the item in the shopping basket.
If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email, you can still cancel your order within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please either use the Returns page in My Account or email your cancellation marked 'URGENT CANCELLATION' to email@example.com. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure. See "Returns/Shortages/ Exchanges". This will be subject to a 20% handling (re-stocking) fee. You have up to 7 working days in which to cancel any order, which starts the day after receipt of the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order that is due to be decorated and the stock has already been allocated to your order then a re-stocking fee may apply.
Once we've received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your account will be re-credited to that account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Bar-One Clothing Ltd., unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
Risk in goods passes on to the buyer upon delivery but the title in the goods remains with Bar-One Clothing Ltd., until all amounts due have been paid in full.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd will not accept any liability for loss of profit or consequential losses suffered as a result of erroneous delivery or otherwise.
Accounts given to wholesale customers must be accepted by Bar-One Clothing Ltd., and terms of trade must be met at all times.
Credit approval can take up to 3 weeks.
Terms of accounts are given on a merit basis and Bar-One Clothing Ltd., reserve the right to obtain and share information from other third parties in order to set up an account, credit limit, and terms of payment including the amount of day's credit will be given.
All overdue invoices or debts owed toBar-One Clothing Ltd., will incur interest at the rate of 5% over base rate of RBS.
Unpaid invoices or debts owed to Bar-One Clothing Ltd., that remain unpaid for a period longer than 28 days after normal account payment terms (days) given on invoice will be forward to a third party (Credit Protection Authority) for collections and all fees incurred by them will be forward to the Customer/Business which owes the outstanding invoice or debt to Bar-One Clothing Ltd.
Unless written consent form the manager of Bar-One Clothing Ltd., has been given no variances will be given form the terms of trade.
Images and Artwork
The client is solely & wholly responsible for the copyright and legality of all images provided or printed by Bar-One Clothing Ltd. Bar-One Clothing Ltd., accepts no responsibility or liability for any images that have been accepted by the client/customer (proofed) and printed that may infringe on copyright of any images. By accepting the proof to be printed the client herby takes full responsibility for any legality that may come by any printing carried by Bar-One Clothing Ltd., for the client/customer.
It is up to the client to seek approval for the use of any copyrighted artwork, logos or words from the owner of these items to be printed in any form or matter.
The customer will receive proofs of design work. By accepting confirmation of proofs the customer accepts all legal responsibility for any errors present within the design and will be liable for any costs incurred in correcting such mistakes after the proof has been approved.
Dealing with Bar-One Clothing Ltd., means you herby agree to the terms and conditions of trade set out by Bar-One Clothing Ltd.
