Returns of faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be authorised by our sales office, who will issue an official returns note quoting the original order number. Please either use the Returns page in My Account or email your cancellation marked 'URGENT CANCELLATION' to email@example.com. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling (re-stocking) fee. Notice of return must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Bar-One Clothing Ltd., are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments correctly supplied.
Decorated garments cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty. Size specifications & quality should be checked before print or embroidery etc. as NO CREDIT ALLOWANCE CAN BE MADE FOR PRINTED
Once we've received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your account will be re-credited to that account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Bar-One Clothing Ltd., unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
